For orders under US$69, shipping within the US is US$10.

Expedited shipping is available within the USA only for $25. Expedited orders will be shipped with expected delivery time of 3~5 weekdays for the continental US.
International Orders
For orders over US$69, shipping is free.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited Shipping orders ship the same day if received by 9 AM PST. Transit times are calculated as Monday through Friday and do not include the ship day, weekend days or federal holidays. If the order is received after 9 AM PST, it will be processed the following business day. We guarantee transit times for expedited shipping methods except in cases of acts of weather or incorrect shipping addresses. Please note: expedited shipping orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt (Processing time does not include weekend days or federal holidays).
Standard shipping cost depends on product weight. Express shipping cost is $25 generally. Please refer to a real-time shipping quote shipping cost upon checkout.
Notes:
1) Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your order was placed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for panties and briefs due to hygience issue. Please look for the correct size before placing an order. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I have been using it for about 2 weeks, so far. I use it daily. I got it for my left over mommy pouch from having 2 kids, and 1 was a c-section. I lost alot of weight, and had loss skin and it seemed to really be bad in that area. No matter what I did for the past 3 years I could not get that area to look any better or not stick out so far. Well, I am in shock at how well it looks after just 2 weeks. My husband even told me he could tell it was looking better, now he wants to use it too lol. I sent a picture to my BFF, and she said yes she could tell too. I am so happy. I will continue using it.
We like the EMS function because you can feel it stimulating the muscles. It was easy to operate and we bought two of this item. Very satisfied.
I only just got this yesterday and used it last night. I didn’t expect to feel any different immediately after, but I did. My stubborn fat areas feel noticeably softer. It flattens more than usual while I’m lying down and when I squeeze it, I can tell it’s not as thick.
I hope it works as well for pain. I’ll have to come back to report on that. My husband is having some terrible foot pain just recently, so I’ll try it on him later before he goes to sleep.

I was doubting that this product would work as advertised, but boy, I was wrong! I have recently lost 50 pounds and have cellulite, fat and loose skin to deal with! This product was reasonably priced, easy to operate, and readily packs for easy travel convenience. I am still getting used to the shocks because I am very sensitive to these. But I am using regularly and can already tell a difference. So glad I did my research and purchased this product. The results do not come immediately and will not replace a good diet and frequent exercising. But it definitely delivers results. Glad I gave it a try!!
