For orders over US$69, shipping within the US is free.
For orders under US$69, shipping within the US is US$10.
Please allow an estimated delivery time of 5~10 weekdays (items may take longer to get to you during busy periods and public holidays).
Orders are sent via USPS tracked.
Expedited shipping is available within the USA only for $25. Expedited orders will be shipped with expected delivery time of 3~5 weekdays for the continental US.
International Orders
For orders over US$69, shipping is free.
For orders under US$69, shipping is US$10.

Orders ship within 1-3 weekdays after your order is placed. Transit times are calculated as Monday through Friday and do not include the ship day, weekend days, or federal holidays.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited Shipping orders ship the same day if received by 9 AM PST. Transit times are calculated as Monday through Friday and do not include the ship day, weekend days or federal holidays. If the order is received after 9 AM PST, it will be processed the following business day. We guarantee transit times for expedited shipping methods except in cases of acts of weather or incorrect shipping addresses. Please note: expedited shipping orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt (Processing time does not include weekend days or federal holidays).
Standard shipping cost depends on product weight. Express shipping cost is $25 generally. Please refer to a real-time shipping quote shipping cost upon checkout.
Notes:
1) Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your order was placed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for panties and briefs due to hygience issue. Please look for the correct size before placing an order. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For Paypal payment, please allow 3- 7 working days for the transaction to be completed on your account. For credit card payment, it will take 7 to 25 working days depending on your credit card merchant.

I've just installed 2 of these into my car and they seem perfect so far. I needed a bigger cupholder for my water bottle so I figured I might as well get the 2 pack. My water bottle fits and even a larger one could if needed but the rubber things help for smaller cups. They fit great right next to each other without taking up too much space and weren't hard to install. I'll see how they last and everything but first impression is that they're just what I needed.
This works great in my cupholder. Being able to tighten it into place is key. My 32oz hydro flask fits perfectly and since the cupholder is held down the whole device stays in place and doest pull out when I remove the water bottle. It has a slot so a cup with a handle works too. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this. I have is in a 2022 Highlander. Maybe my only complaint would be is that if you have one of the silicon bottoms on your hydro flask the cuphold pulls it off when trying to remove the waterbottle, but that's only because it fits so well and doesn't jiggle around. Overall love this thing. Just buy it.
It has three adjustment screw holes on the inside of the upper cup where you can install the screw to the base of the unit. This allows you to adjust the top portion of the cup holder, a little bit to the side, in case you have the gear shift in the way. It sits in the cup area sturdy. It holds my Yeti 32 ounce mugs and Nutri bullet 32 plastic cups perfectly! I would recommend it.
It is adjustable, so it is able to fit into different sized of cup holders. Makes it very convenient for my oversized water bottle.
First off I will say for the money I spent I think it was a great value and works exceptionally well. It was packaged nicely and went together with one screw, and they even provided a screw driver. It installs easily and hols securely in place. It holds a variety of cup and bottles from small to large without any shifting around while traveling.
Only the visible outside finish could look better ( See Picture ) but I am not got to ding for that as it is inexpensive and works great.
