Shipping

Contiguous United States Orders

For orders over US$69, shipping within the US is free.

For orders under US$69, shipping within the US is US$10.

Please allow an estimated delivery time of 5~10 weekdays (items may take longer to get to you during busy periods and public holidays).

Orders are sent via USPS tracked.

Expedited shipping is available within the USA only for $25. Expedited orders will be shipped with expected delivery time of 3~5 weekdays for the continental US.

International Orders

For orders over US$69, shipping is free.

For orders under US$69, shipping is US$10.

Please allow an estimated delivery time of 10~20 weekdays (items may take longer to get to you during busy periods and public holidays).

Orders ship within 1-3 weekdays after your order is placed. Transit times are calculated as Monday through Friday and do not include the ship day, weekend days, or federal holidays.

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Processing begins the next day for all orders. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping orders ship the same day if received by 9 AM PST. Transit times are calculated as Monday through Friday and do not include the ship day, weekend days or federal holidays. If the order is received after 9 AM PST, it will be processed the following business day. We guarantee transit times for expedited shipping methods except in cases of acts of weather or incorrect shipping addresses. Please note: expedited shipping orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt (Processing time does not include weekend days or federal holidays).

Standard shipping cost depends on product weight. Express shipping cost is $25 generally. Please refer to a real-time shipping quote shipping cost upon checkout.

Notes:
1) Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your order was placed.

Orders with Expedited Shipping will be processed and shipped the same day if received by 9 AM PST.

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in shipping cost. Please check and know your country's custom tax before you choose the shipping method. If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us.

Warranty & Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
To start a return, you can contact us at spkcarer@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for panties and briefs due to hygience issue. Please look for the correct size before placing an order. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For Paypal payment, please allow 3- 7 working days for the transaction to be completed on your account. For credit card payment, it will take 7 to 25 working days depending on your credit card merchant.
