3 Levels Intensity: You can choose different levels according to your needs. It is suggested that the user selects the low energy level at beginning and then adjusts to higher energy level once the user is adapted.

For orders over US$69, shipping within the US is free.
For orders under US$69, shipping within the US is US$10.

Expedited shipping is available within the USA only for $25. Expedited orders will be shipped with expected delivery time of 3~5 weekdays for the continental US.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited Shipping orders ship the same day if received by 9 AM PST. Transit times are calculated as Monday through Friday and do not include the ship day, weekend days or federal holidays. If the order is received after 9 AM PST, it will be processed the following business day. We guarantee transit times for expedited shipping methods except in cases of acts of weather or incorrect shipping addresses. Please note: expedited shipping orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt (Processing time does not include weekend days or federal holidays).
Standard shipping cost depends on product weight. Express shipping cost is $25 generally. Please refer to a real-time shipping quote shipping cost upon checkout.
Notes:
1) Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for panties and briefs due to hygience issue. Please look for the correct size before placing an order. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. I am now 56 years old and in recent years I have more and more wrinkles, especially in the neck. I bought this device more in the hope than in the expectation of being able to improve it. I have been using it for three weeks now and I am very happy with the result beyond expectations. My skin is visibly smoother and more beautiful. The pouches under the eyes also seem to be reduced. So far I have only used red light and flashing lilac to boost immunity around the mouth as I often have cold sores. During these three weeks I didn't have any.
The device is easy to use and I find it pleasant to use, very relaxing. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
This little easy to use light machine does all sorts of lovely things. one setting helps serums and creams be absorbed more quickly and deeper into your skin, another setting is ultra violet light that helps clear breakouts, etc. each light color has a different function. it charges quickly, is fairly small and i think it's helping with the anti aging serum i use on my H lines. great for the price!
So far so good. I havent had it long but It does help reduce any incoming pimples and the hyper pigmentation left behind. I havent had a chance to try it out with any serums or masks just yet however. What I like about this, is that LED doesnt hurt your skin..my skin breaks out MORE if I use too many products, serums, masks ect. So this gives me a way to do a double cleanse without actually having to use two cleansers and stressing my skin out.
I was very skeptical before buying this product since I have never used any sort of radiation technology on my skin before. I did research before buying it and can definitely say that this is an easy to use product with no side-effects (after two months of use). I started using it on my arms and have noticed my skin to smooth out. It's been three weeks, I have been using it on my face before bed time. Definitely recommend this product for anyone that wants help smoothing out skin.
I wish there was a longer time for each use. I find I have to restart 2 to 3 times to complete a full treatment. I'm a senior with more lines to cover than a younger person. Very easy to use. I'm traveling at the moment and had no trouble continuing my treatments daily.
